The two girls friendship slowly blossoms into something more, and as their love grows, so does the threat of punishment from the Assembly. Students are dying around them, a rebel group is rising outside the school walls, and in less than a year Ella will have to make the hardest decision ever. Does she risk execution to be with Carly, or does she marry the stranger like the Assembly demands?
