Before the Coffee Gets Cold

This book has the usual Japanese calm tone and I liked it, the stories in this book are not as captivating as I expected it to be, although I did feel for one of the stories, why didn't the other get to me? I thought the last one was a little rushed, just like when the coffee is about to get cold, it ends with wanting more.
