Definitely the book I've been looking for for some all round cycling information. Still don't know about programming for myself without a heart rate monitor or power meter - especially since I'm not sure of my goals exactly anymore. But super solid and covers both pregnancy, risks of undereating, and aging. (wtf squats tho - is there a benefit exactly to never squatting to parallel for cyclists?)
