Twenty five year old Chelle has kept the world at arm's length for the past ten years. A terrifying secret compelled her family to send her away. Now she works odd jobs and never tends to stay in one place for more than a few months at a time, that is until she starts working at Cole's Bar. Her boss, Robert, senses something is different about the young woman but can't quite figure out what it is. As time passes he tries to uncover her secret, but must walk the line between getting closer to her or pushing her away. When he eventually finds out what Chelle is capable of it will change his world in more ways than he can imagine.
