This is a quickie. Blood Payment shows us how Reese sets up the City of Blood for vampires. She's harsh rainbows. Seriously...harsh. Laura Greenwood even has betrayers of Reese in the book, but they don't last long (hehehehehe). Yes, that was a spoiler. Here you go. You're welcome.
