The second book in the Midsolar Mysteries series is as good, dare I suggest it, if not better than the first book. With the differences between the various species on board Eternity more clearly defined and Mallory's place within the space station better defined, I could sit back and enjoy the mystery as it unfolded. There was a bit more of a learning curve to the world building in the first book which is now clearly established making the story a tighter, easier read.
