Short review: This felt much more like a David Sedaris take on growing up fundamentalist than Turner's other book Hear No Evil did. I liked Hear No Evil more. But I also like Turner's discussion of him being an adult more than his humor about being a kid.
I am looking forward to a future book where he really spends most of his time talking about his post-fundamentalist life. I think I would really like that.
