Read the German edition, but I can't find here. I really liked it. There's nothing more to say really...
It was a quick and fun read, the artwork is brilliant. The story is pretty cool, although I sometimes had the feeling that I missed out on something. You probably have to read some of the preceding books to understand everything and to know every character in the story.
But since comic books are hard to get where I live, I didn't read any of the preceding stories.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed it and it was entertaining to see the struggle and the moral conflicts between the characters.
I think I'd read some of this before, at some point? I tend to have not much patience for big crossover events and I'm not that into the whole “but who would win IF Captain America and Iron Man fought?!” thing.
Also I can't help but be annoyed that everyone thinks Tony Stark is a fascist in this?? I think he is being VERY REASONABLE and I think if superheroes were real we would ABSOLUTELY want them to register with the government or SOME KIND OF AUTHORITY. (WHO WATCHES THE WATCHMEN AMIRIGHT)
Reed Richards, though, that guy's a dick.
