Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage

this might be my favourite murakami, tying with or even narrowly beating Kafka On The Shore. taking away the usual murakami stuff, the way this book describes loneliness and other similar feelings profoundly is just amazing.
