The book is very short but it has a lot of lessons for us to learn Actually it seemed autobiography with her life experiences and the lessons she has learned.
The problems faced by her will really move us. She had a lot of health problems from childhood but she has a humor sense and wants to live life to the fullest.
She spoke about her father who had dementia during his old age. We should treat our parents well and not berate them. They act like a kid during old age.
Whatever the problems we have. we should face them and try to find a solution. Everything will not go the way we plan but we should have a plan. Pen down your feelings, dreams, plans. Writing can help us take action is what I have read in most self-help books. She also said the importance of communicating certain things.
Each chapter is written well with her story, steps to take. I loved it. Many won't share their worst and embarrassing moments of life but she did. This is a very short book with a lot of lessons.
