This book starts a few days after Scarlet ended and is a Rapunzel retelling while still having all of the previous characters in it so it's like all of the fairytales come together. Anyways I am still really enjoying this series.

Lets talk about the newest character first. At first she comes off a little stalkerish and weird which given her circumstances I kind of understand but the level of love she has for a character that she hadn't met yet was just weird. She did grow on me though.

Then we have characters from previous book. Scarlet and Wolf which I still love but something happens in this book and Wolf is not himself and while I understand I felt like he was being kind of selfish in a sense. Then there's Cinder and Kai which again I still love but Cinder really needs to stop going back and forth at this point. Her emotions are all over the place. I can't really explain why she is bothering me and emotions doesn't seem like the right word but whatever.

Then there's Thorne and he's still his same old self but I do wish he would open himself up and stop denying how he feels for a certain character. Also Iko!! between Iko and Thorne I got a few good laughs out of this book.

This book once again ends on a cliffhanger and since I don't currently have Winter I am really annoyed. I want to find the book with the same covers I already have but so far I haven't had any luck.

Overall still loving this series and I can't wait to read the final book in this series. I hope everyone has a happy ending lol.
