Dark Streets, Cold Suburbs

Just when I was not feeling this the ending made me like it so much! I loved the drama!!

This is HIGHLY procedural so if you like procedural/noir type of books (with a heart of a cozy) I think you'd like this. Also felt a lot like the In Death series by Nora Roberts.
