Deadly Evidence

An enjoyable thriller about a woman whose sister has just been murdered. I really enjoyed the characters and I liked the clues to solve but some major reality questions kept it from being a new favorite getting out of the hospital and going for a hike with one companion with a shooter on the loose in the woods; multiple homicides that are obviously connected being dealt with by an overworked sheriff instead of FBI or CBI, etc; the heroine has an incredible recuperative rate as she pops back to normal despite severe attacks Aside from that, a really enjoyable story of second chances and a well-plotted set of clues.
