After seeing the movie version, I knew I had to read this book. I'm glad I did. It's a lovely murder mystery that expounds on the world of Pride and Prejudice, one of my favorite classic novels.
The author treated Miss Austen's characters with respect and honor, abiding well by their original personalities. It was fun to see the relationships between the characters several years after P&P ended.
The mystery was well done and kept me puzzled until the big reveal.
Narrator Rosalyn Landor did a magnificent job and has a lovely voice for this book's time period.
