⭐⭐⭐⭐ – So many yummy sounding recipes!
My daughter is vegan, and I am always trying to come up with interesting dishes she'll (and our entire family) will enjoy. Everything about this book was great. The layout was visually pleasing, with plenty of graphics and photos. The recipes were easy to follow and included plenty of “tips.” I especially loved the meal prep suggestions! I made both the BAKED THAI CHILI CAULIFLOWER BITES and TOASTY PEAR, WALNUT, AND ARUGULA FLATBREAD and both were huge hits! I can't wait to try many more of the recipes.
