I finally was able to find a copy of this book to own! I discovered this book at the Collierville Library and pretty much kept it checked out on a permanent rotation. It is more of a librarian reference than common circulation so I assume others were just unaware of it. Now that I'm not visiting the library much and my card has lapsed there some others may be able to discover it. I have been looking to purchase it for years since I first discovered it in the summer of 2018. Never have I seen it before for less than $52 for a paperback! I have no idea why it costs so much, but I do love it as a reference and resource. Now, for a mere $11 from ThriftBooks I was able to acquire my own copy. The most expensive used book I've ever bought I might add, but in comparison to list price, it is very much worth it.
Let me know if you want to use my ThriftBooks reference code and get a discount. ;)
