Fail State

I like the diversity of characters as this is a small town so our lead is Cass' younger sister Charlie who is living with their grandmother. Then there is half-latina Harper, who is a nurse, and whose husband is a National Guard soldier.

It will be interesting to see how Sam J. Fires gets our crew out of this mess alive. I don't think they are getting out in one piece, but maybe being alive will work.

I'm hooked. Can't wait to read the next book in the “End of Days” series.
