An ordinary man joins a sinister cult where its leader, the Father, dubs him the "Chosen One," fated to open the cosmic gates so that his followers may enter the Black Heavens. Detective McKay is tasked with investigating the cult's commune, but is quickly wrapped up in their world. As the "Father" gets closer to opening the gates, Professor Bianchi must seek him out and put a stop to his madness.
