Fight Your Fears

This book and I got off on the wrong foot. I'm not sure we ever really found the right one, but that may have been because I've already learned the vast majority of the information in this book elsewhere – namely, in my personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He's guided me through all sorts of experiences – good and difficult – that have taught me how to properly fear and trust my heavenly Father.

I will say, though, that the messages in this book are great for those who still need (or want) to learn more about how to trust and fear (humbly revere with honor) God but don't know how or where to begin.

It was very concerning to me that a curse word was used twice. That does not reflect the sort of leadership God calls me to follow, for Ephesians 4:29 says, “No foul language is to come from your mouth” (HCSB).
