The food guru is a book from an author who is an ayurvedic medical practitioner from her personal experience and the way she treated. We are what we eat is so true. If you eat healthy food in right quantity we will be healthy. Food plays important role in keeping our mind and body healthy. It has a lot of receipes which can improve our well being. The author also speaks about the combination of the ingredie Which can distrupt oyr bodily functions. This will be an eye opener for us all.
This is a guide to improve ourselves and make a helathy lifestyle. This was an helpful read for me. I loved the simple and delicate way the author explained about health and well being.
