This is a graphic novel memoir. I never read nonfiction so when one of the prompts for the kindle spring challenge was to read a nonfiction, I was initially going to skip it, but I went through the list and came across this. I love graphic novels and I thought this would be a good way to dabble in nonfiction and I was right. First off, I have to say I don't connect to this story like some people do. It opened my eyes to some of the hardships that people who are learning their sexuality go through. I loved the graphics and of course the story. It's such a personal story that I am sure so many people go through. It's raw and very honest and I just think everyone needs to read this whether you are someone questioning your sexuality or someone who needs to be educated on the matter.
