Today's victim is a woman that goes by many names who is a laborer but shit happened and she wound up making a living in the street jacking car parts around her hood. This life she can't stand. But she got a plan and she's sticking to it. She's a thinker, see. Makes it her business to be one step ahead of the street.

Now remember that part where I said the story is Chicago will beat the hell out of you? Keeping to her plan and dodging the pitfalls to get out in one piece falls under that. One miscalculation leads our anti-heroine in a downward spiral she can't get out of, leaving us with a shocking ending us Chicago natives just called Saturday. Ghosts On The Block Never Sleep is that book that you have to read, that will be famous one day, and people will wonder how they missed it.
