I decided to try out Emma Leslie for the first time today and really enjoyed it. This story is free on Project Gutenburg and was quite an enjoyable one despite the sad theme centered around the English Civil War. Definitely take an hour or so out of your reading schedule to sample Miss Leslie's writing.
