Her Christmas Wish

Sometimes the hardest problem with the holidays can be your own family and Kitty Jones shines a light on this problem in Her Christmas Wish.

Here is a spoiler for you: Jessie likes girls, but no one knows. (I felt kind of comfortable telling you this as Jones implies it in the synopsis (chuckle).) Her family has been mean and intolerant of her for her entire life. This was exposed in Jessie's teenage years. Feeling like an outsider in your own family can have an impact on you and Jones balances this fine line between angst and romance adeptly. We get the “ouch”, but the kisses too.
