I love the message it conveys - always try to view anything from different point of views. The author brought in also many examples from celebritities like Kafka, Montaigne, etc. With them, he showed problems that are being faced during life. The book makes you think. Are you more afraid of being death or dying? Hence, some situations cannot be avoided - e.g. illness or death. Though, you have to accept them to be free and enjoy life as its fullest.
