Book 3 in Shane Millar's Write Better Fiction series hits its stride in exactly the same manner as his previous titles. Hard. Fast. Easy to understand. Sprinkled with humour and common sense.
This doesn't claim to offer you any form of magic wand or formula to help you Hulk your way through publishing multiple novels. What it does is clearly and simply breaks down the elements of writing that you need to consider in order to help you personally maximise your writing.
It examines mindset, your workspace, writing process, and roadblocks. Each section is short so that you can easily take in the points on offer, and has follow-up questions at the end, to encourage you to see what changes might help improve your personal productivity.
In his typical style, I found it helpful, down-to-earth, and simply encouraging.
