I Know What I Am

I'm in awe of how much effort must have gone in to this graphic novel biography of Artemisia Gentileschi. I learned a ton I didn't know about Italian patronage during the period. I actually did not know much about the artist's life either. Like the life of so many women in the pre-modern era, it was ultra depressing at times. Definitely recommended if you're interested in historical graphic novels or art history.
