The book is a good guide to lead a healthy life. The title of each chapter is so good. We should know how our body works and what are the different hormones and what are their works when they are generated. Giving a simple diet plan may help to reduce our weight but we should maintain good health throughout our life so I believe it is necessary to know how our body works how to take care of it. The book gives a detailed explanation of physical and mental well-being. We are what we eat and another thing important thing is sleep. Sleep is important because it is the time when the body repairs and rejuvenates.
The author explains everything in a simple and detailed manner which can be understood by any common man. I loved the way the explanation was done with some examples and removing some misconceptions about weight-related problems. We will surely take action to take care of ourselves after reading this.
