Jones 1963
Jones 1963
This book offers an intriguing read, showcasing the author's impressive writing style. The narrative possesses a distinctive blend of dark Tim Burton aesthetics mingled with the eerie vibes reminiscent of a Mike Myers Halloween film. This unique combination creates a captivating atmosphere that draws readers in.
However, the enjoyment of the plot is somewhat overshadowed by the characterization. Aside from Jones, the supporting characters felt flat and lacked depth, straying into realms of frustrating foolishness. While I understand that fiction often allows for exaggeration, a touch of common sense from the victims and the police would have enriched the story and made it more believable.
