A very good suspense story, with plenty of twists. Until nearly the end, there's doubt about the true identity of the criminal JD. The flashbacks are clearly marked and easily understood, which made reading them much easier.

I liked Andi as a character. I liked how vivid it was that she was struggling with the Lortabs, but in the end, it was just sort of anticlimactic to me that she just decided "oh, I have a problem..." after that much of a buildup.

I also enjoyed Will, Brad, Treece, David, Maggie, and the Hollisters as characters. I'll look forward to the next installment of this series (which apparently will feature Brad.)
