Killing for Satan: inside the mind of cult killers

My review is for the eBook that I am reading with KIndle Unlimited on the kindle app.
I previously bought & read his book Satanic KIllings I've wanted to read this book for awhile.
I like Frank Moorhouse books, his writing style.
I plan to read his book Cult Killers as well.
I don't know why Satanism & Satanists were prevalent during/from the 1960's because Satanism, Satanists that practiced occult practices have existed for centuries.
The Satanic Bible was created by Anton LaVey but he created Atheistic Satanism, so he didn't believe that Satan or his legion of demons were even real or existed.
Theistic Satanists or DemonolatorS do believe that Satan, Lucifer and his legion of demons are real and do actually exist.
Satan Lucifer and Baphomet are separate demons/demonic entities and they aren't the same being. Demons were originally thought of as demonic Deities.
The Satanic inverted pentagram was created by Eliphas Levi and adopted by Satanists, but the demon in the Satanic image is Baphomet, not Satan.
Baphomet represents humanity-man & woman, beastiality among various other things, spiritually and in terms of the Occult.
The history of Satanism is interesting, but not everyone is aware of the history of Satanism.
People from various ancient cultures sacrificed children, adults and animals, as a sacrificial offering to specific demons like Moloch.
