Lady Midnight

I've been buddy reading Cassandra Clare's books with Erin this year and for the most part it has been an enjoyable experience. With these books I always get hooked on the romance. But at this point I feel like her stories all follow the same plots it's just different stories and characters and everything get drug out way too much. Also, nothing ever happens until the last 25% of the book. The first 75% always focuses on the romance which you all know I love but there needs to be a balance. That being said though I am still pulled into the stories and want to know what happens, so I continue to read them.
