bookclub4m psychology nonfiction. A nice sideways look into sport psychology through the lens of a high performing US womens long distance runner. Kastor walks us through all the mental tools and perspectives she used to get back into running after a disappointing university career. Kastor goes on to attend 3 Olympics running track and marathons and breaks several US records in the marathon and the half marathon. (Reading about running suits me more than actually running)
