This book is the second of Laura Frantz's to highly disappoint me. It was packed to the gills with promiscuity, illegitimacy, flirtations, drinking, loose morals, and even included an expletive. There was an oddly timed leap forward in time eight years, and a major decision that didn't follow sound logic. It was terribly difficult for me to find the thread of hope in this novel, for at times it completely vanished. I will not be reading anything further from this author.
I was not compensated for this honest review.
