Lucifer, the God of Destruction, son of the infamous King of the Underworld, has come into a predicament that he isn't sure he can handle. His power and anger grow daily, and his father, Hades, believes Kronos is trying to inhabit his body. He spends days and nights torturing souls of hell but it isn't enough. Lucifer's desire to run to Earth and destroy every living thing continues to grow. He no longer thinks his mate would even sate his evil desires, he continues to try and control himself on his own even setting up his special spot in Tartarus.

Goddess of Innocence, Uriel was born of Hera and her mate, Michael, an archangel. Since her birth, they have kept her locked away, trying to keep both her innocence and a deadly prophecy under wraps. No one in the Celestial Kingdom knew of this beautiful angel-goddess until one day she made a mysterious appearance at the announcement of a new princess being born in the Underworld.

Uriel steals the show, completely oblivious to the stares and whispers, she eats her fill of cakes and sweets only to be recognized by a woman-hating god, Lucifer. Now Lucifer has to decide, take her as a mate she is destined to be or let her walk out of his life to save her from the destruction he would always cause.
