Maggie's Grave

This book was a 4 stars until the ± 65% mark where there's an orgy scene that was so out of the left field considering the nature of the story until that point and so ridiculously done (seriously, felt like the type of scene you write during a midnight overly caffeinated writing sesh knowing full well you're going to edit it out in the first rounds of edits) that I struggled to take any of it seriously afterward. That being said, this book reads like a wet puppet b movie and in that sense it does have a fair bit of charm and there's a few really good scenes.
