This book is surely divisive. For one, it is using all the time the ‘neo-liberal monster' argument which wont make friends with everyone. It also focuses too much on mindfulness' branding and people who stand behind it. Sometimes it slightly feels as if it is bashing the whole idea of mindfulness and in the same time says it is ok just to continue critique its own arguments. But in all of that it actually has so much merit in how the current corporate world makes us to search for the problems of the world within ourselves, while really the problem lies in the system and the world where we came back to be hunter gatherers. Just hunting and gathering dollars as our sole life goal.
