I appreciated learning more about the history behind India's Partition from the beginning to the end. I don't have prior knowledge to this particular event in history so I'm glad that the author, Nisid Hajari, explained how it occurred with the most prominent figures and the military troops. It was well-written, but I would appreciate if there were more chapters on how everyday people were affected by this.
