Murder on the Half Shelf

Meh. Tricia's sister is one of the most unpleasant people I've had the displeasure of reading and I think we're supposed to like her. This installment was just plain boring. There was so much going on, you'd think it would keep things exciting, but it seemed to have the opposite effect.
