This continues to be one of my favorite series. Though there is murder and mayhem, the gore and unsavory bits are kept off screen. True cozy mystery here, but it's not stupid fluff. Julia is a smart woman and does her best to figure out what's going on before her brother-in-law gets locked up for good.
