No More Faking Fine: Ending the Pretending

I enjoyed how truthful and open Esther was about her past. She writes so well on how REAL healing occurs and how much coping or sweeping things under the rug injures us. I only gave this a 3 because towards the middle and end it began to feel redundant. The book didn't end up resolved or wrapped in a pretty bow which I was a fan of since so many books end this way.
