In some ways Drew Radford is an unlikely bush explorer. For a start he's a vegetarian. Also, his preferred method of transportation is his motorcycle, the Bavarian. But in the last three years he has built a wide following through his fascinating reports on JJJ and regional radio, of his intrepid laps around the country. Radford's travels have bought him into contact with a huge assortment of unusual characters and he seeks out the untypical and the unlikely. He finds off-beat humour in his encounters and he has also faced some scary moments when he's had to call upon considerable resourcefulness.
