4.5Normally when I have both versions of a book I'll combine the listening with the reading but in this case I soon realized there were some differences (they turned out not to be substantial) so I did the audio first, which is the newer version of the story and goes by [b:Deep Desire 45756215 Deep Desire Z.A. Adin isn't a doormat but he also isn't a superman standing against powerful predators. When he's beat he's beat but he also maintains his moral ground and revises his opinion when new information comes. He's not a naif. I liked how Donte also took his time coming around. He wasn't turned around by one round of good sex and a pretty face. I loved the other characters in this world too. Boaz has me more than intrigued and I'm checking [a:Z.A. Maxfield 2738500 Z.A.
