Loved Lee, but didn't love this book.
I feel like I had to force myself to continue.

Lee and Annie are best friends, who fake date to kind of avoid scrutiny for a townwide event. It isn't fake for Lee tho, and Annie has always been pining after him.

Fake turns to real, and HEA.

It was just a basic friends to lovers romance which makes me sad because I ate up the other books in this series
