“One Is a Feast for Mouse” by Judy Cox and illustrated by Jeffrey Ebbeler is a story about a mouse who learns the moral lesson of being thankful for what he has. Though the story is about Thanksgiving, it is a lesson that could be taught anytime. In the end, the mouse learns that he does not need all the food he initially wanted to be happy and is content with what he has.
