What an excellent story of faith and forgiveness! I loved the message of this one, that our sins are covered and washed by the blood of Jesus. Adrianne and Chris let their passion rule their choices in college, despite a prior commitment to each other that they wouldn't. The consequences are heavy for both of them, but when they meet again after eight years, there just might be room for more than simple forgiveness...

I loved how real it seemed, how the characters feel anger, angst, nervousness...and deal with them all as grown-ups and Christians. Often it seems that books lack this sort of maturity, and I really enjoyed this aspect.
