Sweet and sappy and I absolutely loved it. Massive slow burn with oblivious, in denial guys that are totally adorable together. Beyond that, I want to live in a neighborhood like this. Everyone seems like so much fun and they are just such a warm, interesting bunch. Really, the supporting cast reminds me a lot of the cast from cozy mysteries. Only, you know, without the murderer. And I have to make special mention of one of the characters coming out as demipansexual. This is only the second romance I've ever read where one of the characters is demi and I'm pretty sure this is the first one where a character identifies as pan. And I am so happy!
