Third in the series and the book changed the formula a bit. It made for more variety and upped the stakes for Edie. It was a pretty interesting story and the pacing was good though I had to suspend my level of disbelief at how quickly she and her theories were accepted in her new situation. Definitely a fictional world. For a pulp adventure though, it had all the ingredients. Technically, I'd give it 3.5 stars.
