This is self-help with some stories to make us understand how we each have different goals and different definitions for happiness. The author gives practical ideas to achieve success and how to select one goal at a time and take step by step to reach it. We all plan but unless we take steps it is not possible. Taking baby steps is important more than planning and he explains about finding one's Satya and trying the way to achieve it.
Unlike other self-help books, this gives step-by-step direction to reach our success and explains how to overcome obstacles with examples. He has said about his goal for weight loss which he did for himself not of thinking what others speak and how he started writing a book, how we all become lazy with no timely routine to eat food, sleep during this lockdown. He also said about planning and how it may fail at some time and having a plan B and reviewing the pros and cons and how well we have carried out with a plan.
We should practice mindfulness and stay focused and try to do one work at a time. Meditation and Exercise need to keep our mind and body healthy.
It was much like a conversation between the reader and the writer about how he achieved his goal using the technique, explaining the techniques and what was his goal, and how he started working. I recommend this to all there who are interested and wish to read a self hep book.
