Somebody That I Used to Know

At the beginning of the story, I was thinking who was Nithya why he broke with her and why he is so depressed. This is a short story with plots in Kerala and U.K. Akhil's mom dies when he was young and he was taken to the U.K with his aunt and she brought up him. When Akhil was 20+ his father married a young girl which he came to know as he was visiting Kerala for some reasons. Nithya and Akhil had something for each other and they became good friends and became very close. They were themselves when they were together they like the company of each other first it was through Facebook, then email, then text, then call. They have met only thrice. Nithya was living with orphan girls but she had a biological mother who was not known as she gave her to Annamma who is running the orphanage when she was an infant. Her mother and Annamma made her marry an old man so that she will be settled and have a family. Nithya and Akhil had an abnormal relationship which society calls so bad but only they know how their life and how they feel. We can't judge people for certain situations and decisions they take.

I loved reading this book. It is a short story of 36 pages.
